Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to deliver orders made before 4PM Tuesday, the same working week, and usually within 2-3 working days. We are totally reliant on our delivery partner to achieve this, and during periods of high demand or severe weather it may take up to 1 week. 

Any orders received after 4PM every Tuesday, may not be dispatched until the following Tuesday. For example if you order on a Thursday, it is likely you will not receive your order until the following week. Once your order has been dispatched the order page on your account will be updated with the delivery information (we therefore recommend that you make an account so that you can log-in to access delivery information more easily).

We deliver to mainland UK (sorry we no longer offer delivery to Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland:

- All orders will have a delivery charge of £5.95 (no matter how much you order)

- If there are any delivery notes, on the 'Your Cart' page before completing checkout, please specify any requests in the 'add a note to your order' text box.
